Privacy policy
Aramis is operated by Rapture GmbH, Chamerstrasse 9, 6331 Hünenberg, Switzerland, contact@aramis.dev. This website is subject to the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG); for visitors in the EU, the GDPR applies as well. When you open a page
Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver the page: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, time. This is necessary to run the site securely and reliably. Fonts are served from our own infrastructure.
Services we use
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) provides statistics on how the site is used. It loads only if you accept in the cookie banner, on the basis of your consent; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Leadfeeder (Dealfront Group GmbH, Germany) identifies the organisation a visit comes from and sets a cookie for this purpose. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which organisations our website reaches.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you and request correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, or withdraw your consent at any time; cookie choices can be changed via the Cookies link in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Retention
Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Analytics data is retained for at most 14 months. Company-level data is retained while the service is in use. Correspondence is kept as long as the business relationship or statutory retention periods require.
Changes
We update this policy when the website changes. The version in force is the one published here.
